We configure and deliver complete installations: blower type, filter class, separator solution, and piping are matched to the process, the number of inlet valves (vacuum take-offs), and the dust to be handled. No oversizing, no afterthought retrofits.
Vacuum systems for ATEX areas require documented component selection, grounding, and pressure relief. We handle the full chain — zone assessment, selection of ATEX-approved components, delivery, and commissioning — and supply the complete documentation package.
Filters are chosen based on the dust’s health classification and the process’s particle size: cyclone separators for coarse fractions, HEPA H13/H14 per EN 1822 for respirable and toxic fractions, polyester bag filters and cartridge filters for intermediate fractions. Return air may be recirculated where occupational standards permit — in Denmark under the conditions set out in Danish Working Environment Authority guidance A.1.1.
