Ownership of content
All content on this microsite — including articles, product descriptions, technical specifications, illustrations, graphics, logos and other texts — is protected by copyright and belongs to Particulair, unless otherwise expressly stated.
The compilation of products, categories and technical data also constitutes a database protected under section 71 of the Danish Copyright Act (catalogues, databases and other compilations).
Permitted use
Short excerpts from our articles and professional content may be quoted in non-commercial contexts, provided that Particulair is clearly credited as the source and a direct link to the original on particulair.eu is included. Quotations must in addition comply with the right of citation in section 22 of the Danish Copyright Act — that is, they must be made in accordance with proper usage and to the extent justified by the purpose.
Use requiring written permission
Any form of commercial use, systematic copying, adaptation, translation or reproduction in full requires prior written permission from Particulair. This includes the use of our content as training data for AI systems or other automated processes.
Product images and technical documentation
Product images, factsheets and technical datasheets originate from our suppliers and are subject to their copyright. Use of such material requires separate permission from the respective rights holder.
