DUSTY Food / Pharma is a bent small brush with a body in FDA-documented NDA rubber compound and colour-coded bristles of PBT (polybutylene, light blue) or NY66 (nylon, white). It is specially designed for vacuuming and cleaning hard-to-reach areas on production machinery and air conditioning units in environments with strict hygiene requirements.

Compliance notice: The NDA85/NDA82 rubber compound body is documented per FDA Title 21 CFR Part 177.2600 by the manufacturer. The light blue PBT bristles are tested and documented per EU Directive 1935/2004 and 2011/10 (OML <10 mg/dm², simulant: distilled water, 2 hours at 40°C). It is the end user's responsibility to ensure compatibility with specific foodstuffs and pharmaceutical processes.

DUSTY Food / Pharma is available with light blue bristles (PBTB polybutylene) or white bristles (NYW – NY66 nylon). Both variants have a grey body and are FDA-documented, making them suitable for colour-coding systems for hygiene zones.
DUSTY is available in Ø32, Ø38, Ø40, Ø44 and Ø50 mm. Choose the diameter that matches the pipe system on your vacuum unit. Ø32 fits the narrowest openings and is the smallest available size.
