PB GUN Food / Pharma is an ergonomic pistol nozzle for vacuuming very fine dust and powder in hard-to-reach areas in food and pharma environments. The silicone variant in Wacker R 4001 80 is autoclavable, making it suitable for sterile and hygiene-critical processes. The Colour Line FDA NBR variant is available in 5 colour-coded versions for colour-managed hygiene systems.

The long ergonomic pistol shape provides access to narrow gaps, cavities and machine profiles that conventional nozzles cannot reach. The handle angle allows comfortable work in hard-to-reach areas without unnatural postures.
The handle end is Ø50 mm outer diameter. The connection end fits pipes with Ø50, Ø40 or Ø38 mm outer diameter (PBG50S) or Ø50 inner (PBG501S). Choose based on your vacuum system pipe diameter.
