SHARK – Food & Pharma
SHARK crevice nozzle for precise extraction of very fine dust, powder and particle residues from crevices, gaps and hard-to-reach areas in food and pharma environments. Available in transparent silicone with documented compliance with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and BfR Recommendation XV — and in colour-coded FDA NBR rubber for colour-managed hygiene systems (Colour Line). The 45° angled cut and 190 mm length make SHARK ideal for reaching into machinery, along joints and into confined production areas.

Colour coding and hygiene
The Colour Line concept enables systematic colour coding of vacuum accessories in food and pharma environments, where visual segregation of equipment forms part of internal hygiene procedures and GMP requirements. Colour coding reduces the risk of cross-contamination by assigning specific colours to separate process zones, allergen statuses or product types:
- Blue — allergen-free zones or dry products
- Red — meat processing or controlled process zones
- Green / yellow / white — additional colours adapted to internal colour coding systems
