WALLY is a wide wall brush for cleaning high-reach wall surfaces, ceilings and hard-to-access areas. The housing is in rubber and aluminium with snap-fit connection for telescopic extension pipes. For Food/Pharma use, WALLY is supplied with FDA rubber bristles (FDA on request) — suitable for cleanrooms, abattoirs, dairies and pharmaceutical production facilities where hygiene requirements are high and cleaning must reach far up.

WALLY uses snap-fit connection with a small clip that locks the pipe in place so it cannot fall off. Compatible pipes: PIF40PRO (Ø40) and PIF50PRO (Ø50) in raw or painted aluminium RAL 7001. Telescopic extension available on request.

SKY ventilation cleaning grey variant – cleaning ventilation pipes and high-reach areas

SKY is a cleaning head with rubber disk and aluminium bend specifically developed for cleaning ventilation pipes, extraction ducts and high-reach structures. The circular rubber disk fits into circular openings and cleans the inside by rotation. The snap-fit pipes with clips keep the equipment together even when working overhead. For Food/Pharma, SKY is supplied with FDA rubber on request — suitable for cleanrooms and hygiene-critical high-reach operations.

What is the difference between WALLY and SKY?

WALLY is a wide, flat wall brush for cleaning plane surfaces such as walls and ceilings. SKY is a circular cleaning head with rubber disk for cleaning inside ventilation pipes, extraction ducts and round openings. Both are mounted on the same snap-fit pipes and can be combined in the same cleaning operation.

Are WALLY and SKY FDA-compliant?

Both products are supplied with FDA-compatible rubber on request (White line). It is the user’s responsibility to verify that the chosen material is suitable for the specific environment and the materials being cleaned. Contact us for documentation.

What is the snap-fit system, and why is the clip important?

The snap-fit system means pipe sections click together without tools. A small clip locks the sections in place — particularly important when working overhead so the pipes cannot fall down. The pipes are in aluminium and available in raw finish or painted RAL 7001. Telescopic extension pipes (1 m per section) are available on request.

Which pipe dimensions are compatible?

WALLY and SKY use snap-fit pipes PIF40PRO (Ø40) and PIF50PRO (Ø50) in aluminium. These are 1 metre long per section and can be combined to achieve the desired reach. Telescopic version available on request.

Can WALLY and SKY be used in ATEX environments?

Yes — but in the ATEX version (Black line), which has antistatic properties. The ATEX variants of WALLY and SKY are separate products. This page describes the Food/Pharma variants. Contact us for ATEX documentation.
