A unique 3-step service program – tailored to your responsibilities

Our program is based on industry experience and meets the requirements of the ATEX Directive, GMP, ISO, and the Danish Working Environment Authority.

Step 1

Commissioning and start-up control

Before the equipment is put into operation, we carry out a complete startup procedure:

  • Correct connection and installation
  • Leak and tightness testing
  • Verification of filtration systems
    ATEX and/or OEB assessment
  • Documentation and labeling

We ensure that everything works – and that you are strong from day one.

Step 2

6-month follow-up

After six months of operation, we assess:

  • Usage, wear, and filtration

  • Risk of leaks or uneven suction

  • Indications of upcoming needs

  • Updated service labeling

  • Consultation and status report

You gain insight before problems arise – and can act in time.

Step 3

Annual inspection

Each year, we carry out a full service inspection:

  • Replacement of filters and wear parts

  • Tightness and functional testing
    ATEX/GMP verification

  • Service report, labeling, and QR history

  • Clear overview of equipment condition and next steps
