The Delfin MTL301 BP 1/3D is designed for daily cleaning of firing halls, locker rooms, and corridors in indoor shooting ranges. With certified H14 HEPA filtration and ATEX marking II 1/3D, it safely removes lead and gunpowder dust in full compliance with the latest EU occupational safety requirements.
Certified safety instead of self-declared
Self-declared solutions place the burden of zone classification on you. The MTL301 BP 1/3D is marked II 1/3D Ex h tb IIIC, approved for internal Zone 20 and external Zone 22 (Da/Dc). The collection unit is made of AISI304 stainless steel and fitted with an antistatic primary filter and H14 final stage according to EN 1822.
Why ordinary vacuum cleaners make things worse
The EU lead exposure limit of 0.03 mg/m³ is frequently exceeded on shooting ranges. Ordinary vacuum cleaners recirculate fine lead particles back into the air, increasing exposure – and without explosion-proof design, gunpowder residues may ignite. This is why HEPA-filtered equipment certified for combustible dust is essential.
