Round FDA-approved nozzle for food and pharmaceutical production

CURIOSITY FDA GREY is a hygienic round brush nozzle designed for collecting small and medium-sized particles in food and pharmaceutical production environments. The nozzle combines flexibility, high cleanliness and certified material safety – ideal for daily cleaning where contamination risks must be minimised.

Materials and temperature resistance

The nozzle is made of grey FDA-approved rubber (RUBBER FDA) and operates between –20 °C and +100 °C. The robust construction maintains its shape and flexibility even under frequent use and cleaning cycles.

Hygienic design

Brushes are available in five colours – light blue, white, red, yellow and green – for easy hygiene zoning. Brush heads are supplied in Ø75 mm or Ø100 mm sizes to suit both precision and surface cleaning.

Compatibility

CURIOSITY FDA GREY fits handles with internal diameters of Ø38 mm, Ø40 mm or Ø50 mm and can be used with standard industrial vacuum hose systems. The nozzle is non-antistatic and should only be used in non-ATEX environments.
