Square FDA-approved nozzle for food and pharmaceutical production

JUPITER FDA GREY is a robust square brush nozzle designed for cleaning and vacuuming medium-sized particles in food and pharmaceutical environments. Its flat brush design provides a large contact area, ensuring efficient cleaning of smooth surfaces, tanks and tables.

Materials and temperature resistance

Made of grey FDA-approved rubber (RUBBER FDA), the nozzle operates between –20 °C and +100 °C. The durable material resists moisture, cleaning agents and wear, ensuring long service life in hygienic production areas.

Hygienic, colour-coded design

Brushes are available in five colours – light blue, white, red, yellow and green – for easy colour coding between zones and processes. Brush heads are available in Ø 38 mm – 50 mm versions to suit both precision and surface cleaning.

Compatibility

JUPITER FDA GREY fits handles with internal diameters of Ø 38 mm, Ø 40 mm, Ø 44 mm or Ø 50 mm and can be used with standard industrial vacuum hose systems. The nozzle is non-antistatic and should be used only in non-ATEX environments.
