Triangular FDA-approved colour-coded nozzle for food and pharmaceutical production

GRAVITY FDA COLOUR is a colour-coded triangular brush nozzle designed for precise cleaning in food and pharmaceutical environments. Its compact, angled design makes it ideal for cleaning corners, machine bases and hard-to-reach areas where hygiene is critical.

Materials and temperature resistance

Made of rubber (FDA version available on request) and suitable for use between –20 °C and +100 °C. The material resists moisture and detergents, ensuring long service life even under frequent cleaning cycles.

Hygienic, colour-coded design

Available in blue, red, green, yellow and white. The brushes are made of nylon or PTBT (FDA version) for strong and safe contact on smooth or irregular surfaces. The triangular brush head (160 × 160 × 160 mm) ensures access into tight corners and angled equipment.

Compatibility

Fits handles with internal diameters Ø38 mm, Ø40 mm, Ø44 mm or Ø50 mm. Compatible with standard industrial vacuum hose systems. Non-antistatic – for use in non-ATEX areas only.
