NORRES METAL HOSE 375 HT

Electrically conductive metal hose for very high temperature – NORRES METAL HOSE 375 HT

The METAL HOSE 375 HT is a galvanized steel hose developed for extremely demanding environments where heat resistance, ATEX safety and maximum durability are essential.
The hose is ideal for the extraction and transport of large quantities of dust, chips, granules, hot gases as well as oil and fume vapours in furnaces, foundries, metal and glass industries, and wood or paper production.

Heat resistance and ATEX approval

The hose withstands continuous temperatures up to 400 °C and is fully electrically conductive (surface resistance < 10³ Ω), fulfilling all requirements for ATEX zones 20, 21 and 22 (internally).
The wall is flame-retardant, and the construction absorbs wear from highly abrasive materials.

Construction and options

Constructed from profiled, galvanized steel strip with secure hook-seam closure and glass-fibre packing.
Available in many variants and dimensions (20–300 mm internal diameter) and can be supplied with or without additional rubber sealing.
