NORRES EVA 373 EC

Electrically conductive EVA vacuum hose for ATEX – NORRES EVA 373 EC

The EVA 373 EC from NORRES is a lightweight, electrically conductive vacuum hose made of EVA plastic, developed for industrial and potentially explosive environments.
The hose is suitable for vacuum cleaners, industrial cleaning, pool cleaning and the transport of dust, powders, fibres and gases – where ATEX Zone 22 safety is required.

Lightweight, flexible and robust

The hose is extremely light, highly flexible, floatable and crush-resistant.
It floats on water and offers excellent resistance to acids and alkalis.
Perfect for both mobile and stationary use where flexibility and durability are essential.

Approvals and properties

EVA 373 EC has a surface resistance below 10⁶ Ω, complies with ATEX 2014/34/EU and TRGS 727 for Zone 22 and Zone 1/2 (gases).
The hose is RoHS and REACH compliant and tested for internal aspiration of combustible dusts/gases.
Temperature range: −25 to +65 °C.

FAQ: Electrically conductive EVA vacuum hose

Which applications fit EVA 373 EC?
Industrial vacuum cleaners, ATEX Zone 22 areas, pool cleaning, floor scrubbers and other environments with risk of static charge and sparks.

How is electrical resistance measured?
The hose typically has a surface resistance below 10⁶ Ω, minimising the build-up of static electricity.

Is the hose floatable?
Yes – the EVA material makes the hose fully floatable and suitable for wet cleaning applications.
