Antistatic black PUR hose for ATEX Zone 22 and industrial extraction

NORRES AIRDUC® PUR 350 AS BLACK (MD) is a durable and flexible antistatic polyurethane hose (Pre-PUR®) designed for conveying, extraction and ventilation in industrial environments with explosion risk.
The black version combines high mechanical strength with excellent flexibility and is ideal for transporting dust, granulates, powders and vapours in process, blasting and ventilation systems.

Robust and flexible design

The AIRDUC® profile consists of an embedded spring steel wire (1) and an antistatic ester-PUR wall (2) with a smooth inner surface (3), providing a low-weight, highly flexible hose with optimal airflow and bending radius.
It is resistant to oil, chemicals and microbes, and retains flexibility even at low temperatures.
Temperature range: −40 °C to +90 °C (short-term up to +125 °C).
Wall thickness approx. 0.7 mm.

Approvals and standards

Antistatic according to ISO 8031 (electrical and surface resistance < 10⁹ Ω).
Approved for ATEX Zone 22 (inside for dust) and Zones 1 and 2 (for gases and vapours) according to TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34/EU.
Complies with RoHS and REACH.
Standard: DIN 26057 Type 2.
