Antistatic food-grade PUR hose with stainless steel spiral – medium duty
The NORRES AIRDUC® PUR-INOX 351 FOOD-AS (MD) is a flexible, antistatic and highly durable hose for conveying dry food, powders, granules and gases in hygienic and ATEX-classified environments. The hose features an embedded stainless steel spring wire (INOX) and a permanently antistatic ether-polyurethane wall (Pre-PUR®), combining mechanical strength, flexibility and purity for demanding industrial applications.
Applications
Used in the food and pharmaceutical industries for vacuum conveying, dosing systems, big-bag discharge, mixers, sieving machines, dryers and packaging lines. Suitable for conveying dry food products such as rice, cereals, sugar, coffee, tea, milk powder and flour – including use in explosion hazard areas (zones 20, 21, 22 inside).

- Medium-duty construction with high abrasion resistance
- Permanently antistatic wall according to ISO 8031 (<10⁹ Ω)
- Complies with ATEX 2014/34/EU and TRGS 727 for pneumatic conveying of combustible dusts and bulk materials
- Food-grade polyurethane approved according to EU 10/2011, EC 1935/2004, EU 2015/174 and FDA 21 CFR 177.2600
- Odourless, tasteless, microbe- and hydrolysis-resistant
- Good resistance to oil, gasoline and chemicals
- Temperature range: −40 °C to +90 °C (short-term up to +125 °C)
- Wall thickness approx. 1.0 mm

Yes – the wall is permanently antistatic (<10⁹ Ω acc. to ISO 8031) and meets ATEX and TRGS 727 requirements for zones 20–22 (dust inside).

Yes – the complete hose is certified according to EU 10/2011, EC 1935/2004, EU 2015/174 and FDA 21 CFR 177.2600.
