ATEX Zone 1/21 vacuum for safe dry collection
Tiger-Vac EXP1-10 (4W) is a compact, mobile, ATEX-certified industrial vacuum for dry recovery in areas with explosion risk from gas and/or dust (Zone 1/21). The construction is AISI 304 stainless steel, the system is ESD-safe, and the unit is designed for reliable operation in demanding environments.

Design overview
Container, lid and filter cage in AISI 304. The standard filter is a static-dissipative cloth bag filter mounted in a stainless filter cage. A ground-continuity tester (multimeter) is supplied. Ø38 mm static-dissipative accessory kits are available as options.

Technical note
Category 2 for both gas (G) and dust (D) means the entire system—vacuum, hoses, wands and tools—must be static-dissipative/ESD-safe and correctly bonded/grounded. Choose HEPA/ULPA final filtration where the process or work environment requires high retention of fine particles (e.g. pharma or cleanrooms).
