Tiger-Vac SS-25 HRS TE (HY-C) 2GD

Pneumatic explosion proof vacuum cleaner for liquids and vapors in Zone 1/21 (2GD) – stainless steel, ESD safe, with activated carbon and hydraulic cart

The Tiger-Vac SS-25 AC TE (HY-C) 2GD is a pneumatic, explosion proof industrial vacuum cleaner made of AISI 304 stainless steel, designed for the safe recovery of flammable and non-flammable liquids, solvents and vapors in ATEX Zone 1 and 21.
The system operates entirely without electrical components, driven by compressed air via the Venturi principle – providing a spark-free solution for explosive atmospheres.

This model is equipped with a **25 kg activated carbon filter (AC)** for vapor adsorption and a **hydraulic lift cart (HY-C)** for safe and ergonomic liquid discharge.
The SS-25 AC TE (HY-C) is widely used in both defense and process industries, including aircraft defueling and depuddling (F-16, F-35), as well as for solvent and chemical recovery in production and laboratory environments.

FAQ

How does the pneumatic system work?
The unit operates entirely on compressed air using the Venturi principle. With no electrical parts, it provides full spark-free operation in ATEX zones.

What does the activated carbon (AC) module do?
The integrated 25 kg carbon filter adsorbs vapors from fuels, solvents and chemicals, protecting both the operator and the environment.

What are the benefits of the hydraulic cart (HY-C)?
The hydraulic lift enables safe, ergonomic discharge of liquids – ideal for heavy fuel or solvent recovery operations.

Is it certified by a Notified Body?
Yes. LCIE (France) issued both ATEX and IECEx certificates in compliance with EN 17348 (Liquids Collection).

Can it be used in both military and civilian environments?
Yes. It is used in aviation, chemical, biotech and defense sectors where documentation and safety requirements are critical.
