The Tiger-Vac EXP1-15 (TC) RE HEPA is a third-party ATEX-certified industrial vacuum system designed for the safe recovery of combustible and conductive dusts as well as non-flammable liquids in Zones 1/21 and 2/22. Manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel, fully ESD-safe (< 10 ohms) and cleanroom compatible down to ISO Class 4, this model is ideal for pharmaceutical production, chemical processing, biotechnology and general hazardous-location cleaning where both wet and dry materials are present.

Technical design
The EXP1-15 (TC) RE HEPA features an explosion-proof motor (Ex d), a static dissipative SD* main filter assembly, a pre-filter assembly and an H14 HEPA filter for high-efficiency final filtration. The absence of mechanical filter cleaning ensures maximum cleanroom compatibility. The tipping TC cart allows safe handling and disposal of liquids and heavy collected materials.
