The Tiger-Vac EXP1-25 (TC) RE HEPA is a third-party ATEX-certified industrial vacuum cleaner designed for the safe recovery of combustible and conductive dusts as well as non-flammable liquids in hazardous locations (Zones 1/21 and 2/22). Featuring a large 56.8 L dry recovery tank and 64.4 L liquid capacity, the unit is built from AISI 304 stainless steel, fully ESD-safe (< 10 ohms) and cleanroom compatible down to ISO Class 4. The ergonomic Tilt Cart (TC) chassis ensures quick, controlled and hygienic emptying.

Technical design
The vacuum is equipped with an Ex d explosion-proof motor, SD* main filter assembly, SD* pre-filter and a validated H14 HEPA filter. The stainless-steel AISI 304 construction makes it suitable for GMP environments. The increased tank capacity makes EXP1-25 ideal for process areas with larger volumes of material or liquids. The Tilt Cart system ensures safe and ergonomic handling even when the tank is full.
