The Tiger-Vac EXP1-55 (TC) RE HEPA is a powerful third-party ATEX-certified industrial vacuum cleaner designed for the safe recovery of combustible and conductive dusts as well as non-flammable liquids in Zone 1/21 and 2/22 environments. With an extra-large 151 L dry recovery tank and 170 L liquid capacity, it is ideal for large-scale process areas, spill collection, drain pits and general ATEX-classified maintenance. The entire unit is built from AISI 304 stainless steel, fully ESD-safe (< 10 ohms) and cleanroom compatible down to ISO Class 4.

Technical design
The EXP1-55 (TC) RE HEPA is equipped with an Ex d explosion-proof motor and a complete SD* filter pack consisting of a main filter, pre-filter and H14 HEPA final filter. The large filter surfaces and airflow capacity make the unit suitable for continuous operation in heavy-duty process environments. The massive 151 L collection tank paired with the Tilt Cart system ensures safe handling of high material volumes without frequent emptying. ESD-safe wheels and accessories make it suitable for conductive and combustible dust applications.
