The unit is built for dry recovery only and features a high-performance dual motor system, 5 x individually factory-tested HEPA H14 filters, a static dissipative PTFE main filter and a detachable 35 L recovery tank for safe and efficient disposal of collected materials.

Construction and functionality
The 4D-35L EX DT is built on a durable frame with a suspended powerhead, stainless steel recovery tank and a manual filter-shaker system for continuous performance. The detachable tank allows dust to be emptied safely, and recovery bags can be used for clean and controlled disposal. The static dissipative design minimises risks of electrostatic discharge in hazardous dust environments.

The 4D-35L EX DT MFS HEPA is certified for dry recovery only and must not be used to collect liquids. The unit complies with EN 17348 DT, EN 60079-0 and EN 60079-31. To maintain ATEX compliance, all hoses, nozzles and metal parts must be static dissipative and bonded to a grounding system below 10⁶ Ω.

Can this model recover liquids?
No. The 4D-35L EX DT MFS HEPA is certified for Dry Recovery Only and must not be used for liquids.
Why is this model approved only for Zone 22?
It is ATEX-certified as II 3D, meaning it is suitable only for atmospheres where an explosive dust cloud may occur occasionally (Zone 22). It cannot be used in Zone 20 or Zone 21.
How many HEPA filters does it contain?

How is the tank emptied?
