The Tiger-Vac CD/EUR-25L EX DT (MFS) is a fully third-party certified industrial vacuum cleaner designed for the safe recovery of combustible, explosive and conductive dusts in Zone 1 and Zone 21 environments. The internal construction is certified for Zone 0/20 (Ga/Da), allowing safe recovery directly into the filter chamber and the detachable tank. Built in AISI 304 stainless steel with static dissipative components and a Manual Filter Shaker (MFS), this model is ideal for pharmaceutical production, cleanrooms, chemical plants, metal powders, additive manufacturing, and other high-risk areas with combustible dust.

Technical construction

The CD/EUR-25L EX DT (MFS) features a vertically mounted motor housing (CSMT), manual filter cleaning and a static dissipative PTFE star-shaped primary filter. The intake section includes a True Cyclone Separator System that reduces filter load and maintains optimal airflow (212 m³/h). The filtration module can be equipped with HEPA H14 or ULPA U15 as upstream or downstream filters, each tested according to EN 1822 and IEST-RP-CC001 using the MPPS method.
