The Tiger-Vac CD/EUR-50L EX DT (MRP) 1/3D is a compact, vertically mounted ATEX-certified industrial vacuum system designed for the safe recovery of combustible, conductive and metallic dusts. The unit is classified as II 1/3D, providing internal Zone 20 (1D) protection and external Zone 22 (3D) protection. It features an included U15 ULPA final filter, a static dissipative filter configuration and an efficient MRP – Manual Reverse Purge cleaning system.

Certification & safety

According to the ATEX certificate LCIE 03 ATEX 6295 X, this vacuum is approved for combustible dust environments with internal Zone 20 protection (Ex h IIIC T50°C Da) and external Zone 22 (Ex h tb IIIC T135°C Db IP65). All ULPA filtration stages are aerosol leak tested before shipment.

Construction & performance

Technical note

According to ATEX standards (EN 1127-1, TRGS 727, NFPA 77), correct bonding and grounding of hoses, tools, pipes and workflow is essential. Although the vacuum is static dissipative (<10 Ω), safe operation requires the entire system to be properly grounded. For conductive and metallic dusts, EX-certified dissipative tools (<10 Ω) must be used.
