The Tiger-Vac CD-595 EX HEPA SS 2GD is a mobile dust collector developed for process-proximate extraction in industrial environments with high requirements for filtration, containment and explosion protection. Filtration, containment and operator safety

The CD-595 EX HEPA SS 2GD is supplied with a HEPA filter as standard. The HEPA filter has a documented filtration efficiency of 99.99% at 0.3 µm and is aerosol leak tested prior to shipment. This verifies system tightness and ensures that fine particles remain fully contained.

The HEPA filter is removed using a Bag-Out system, allowing the filter to be extracted enclosed in a bag. This reduces the risk of operator exposure during filter replacement and supports use in high-containment environments.

Filter condition is monitored via a clearly visible differential pressure gauge (filter blockage indicator), providing direct visual feedback on filter loading and replacement needs.
