BAGGERMAN NORPLAST® PVC 384 SCIROPPO® AS is a flexible, lightweight and antistatic suction and discharge hose made of high-quality PVC. It is designed for the transport of non-fatty food products, liquids and granular materials. The hose features a smooth interior, slightly corrugated exterior and an embedded copper wire for the safe dissipation of static electricity. Suitable for food processing and conveying systems requiring hygiene, flexibility and safety.
Applications
Used for conveying and transferring liquids and granulates such as sugar, grain, coffee, flour, wood pellets and other non-fatty food materials in industrial processing, filling, and packaging lines as well as in tank and pumping systems within the food industry.
Properties and approvals
- Antistatic design with integrated copper wire for static discharge.
- Food-grade according to EU Regulation 10/2011 (A, B, C) and EC 1935/2004.
- Smooth interior for optimized flow and easy cleaning.
- Slightly corrugated exterior with rigid PVC spiral for strength and flexibility.
- Temperature range: −15 °C to +60 °C.
- Suitable for vacuum and pressure operation (vacuum up to 0.7 bar, pressure up to 7 bar).

- Inner layer: smooth PVC wall
- Outer layer: slightly corrugated PVC wall with rigid spiral
- Spiral: rigid PVC spiral, ivory colour
- Conductor: embedded copper wire for antistatic discharge
