Antistatic conical nozzle for ATEX areas

CONICAL NOZZLE ATEX BLACK is an antistatic conical nozzle designed for efficient collection of dust, chips and granules in explosive-risk areas. Its conical shape concentrates suction power, enabling precise cleaning in narrow and hard-to-reach areas of machinery and production equipment.

Material and temperature resistance

Made of black oil-resistant rubber, suitable for use between –20 °C and +120 °C. The material is antistatic and approved for use in ATEX Zone 21 / 22, where electrostatic charge and ignition risks must be eliminated. The brushless design allows direct surface contact without fibre shedding – ideal for dry vacuuming applications.

Design and features

The conical outlet provides focused airflow, strong suction and controlled cleaning of machines, benches and areas with conductive dust. Also available in grey (oil-resistant, non-antistatic) and transparent FDA version for food and pharmaceutical environments.

Compatibility

Fits handles with internal diameters Ø38 mm, Ø40 mm, Ø44 mm, Ø50 mm or Ø70 mm and can be used with standard industrial vacuum hose systems.
