Connector & Adapter – metal
Metal connector for secure joining of pipes, hoses and nozzles
This metal connector and adapter series is used to join industrial hoses, pipes and nozzles
in a robust and tight system. The series includes both straight connectors (same diameter
at both ends) and reducing adapters where two different diameters must be connected.
All models are manufactured in aluminium, galvanized steel or stainless steel.
The product is available in several dimensions from 32 mm up to 100 mm and fits all Aspirogom nozzles
as well as standardised industrial hoses and pipes.
Properties and materials
- Materials: Aluminium, galvanized steel or stainless steel.
- Compatible diameters: 32, 38, 40, 50, 70 and 100 mm.
- Construction: Turned metal parts with precise tolerances for optimal fit.
- Chemical resistance: Depends on the material – stainless steel provides high corrosion resistance.
- Design: Straight connectors and reducing adapters, all in solid metal construction.
Applications
The connectors are used to join hoses, pipes and nozzles in industrial vacuum cleaning systems.
They are used in production, workshops, warehouse facilities, food handling (aluminium/stainless steel),
laboratories and other industrial environments.
Typical industries
- Industrial production
- Cleaning and maintenance
- Metal and plastic processing
- Food handling (stainless steel/aluminium)
- Logistics and warehousing
FAQ
Do these connectors fit all your nozzles?
Yes, the connectors fit all Aspirogom nozzles as well as most industrial hoses and pipes.
Are the connectors available in other materials?
No, they are only manufactured in galvanized steel, stainless steel (AISI 304) and aluminium.
Can you produce connectors in custom dimensions?
Yes, we can produce custom connectors based on a STEP file or a detailed technical description.
Which material is best for potential equalisation?
Stainless steel (AISI 304) provides the most stable metal-to-metal connection with low contact resistance.
Galvanized steel also works well, while aluminium can be used but typically has a higher contact resistance.
