Round FDA-approved colour-coded nozzle for food and pharmaceutical production

CURIOSITY FDA COLOURS is a hygienic round brush nozzle designed for collecting small and medium-sized particles in environments with strict hygiene and traceability requirements. The series is available in five colours – light blue, white, red, yellow and green – allowing easy separation of tools between zones, lines or processes.

Materials and temperature resistance

The nozzle is made of FDA-approved rubber (RUBBER FDA) and operates between –20 °C and +100 °C. The durable material is resistant to moisture and cleaning agents, ensuring long service life under demanding production conditions.

Hygienic, colour-coded design

Colour-coded brushes help maintain clear hygiene segregation and minimise the risk of cross-contamination between zones. Brush heads are available in Ø75 mm or Ø100 mm to suit both precision and surface cleaning tasks.

Compatibility

CURIOSITY FDA COLOURS fits handles with internal diameters of Ø38 mm, Ø40 mm or Ø50 mm and can be used with standard industrial vacuum hose systems. The nozzle is non-antistatic and should only be used in non-ATEX environments.
