Technical construction
The DG VL 125 EX1/3D is designed for continuous industrial operation. It features three high-efficiency side channel blowers and a large antistatic filter with a total surface area of 103,500 cm², automatically cleaned via the SELF CLEAN system. The final HEPA H14 filter ensures 99.995 % efficiency (MPPS method). All electrical components are protected within IP 65 enclosures for maximum safety.
Safety and certification
- ATEX marking: II 1/3D Ex h IIIC T160 °C Da/Dc
- Certified Zone 20 internally and Zone 22 externally in accordance with EN 17348
- Tank in AISI 304 stainless steel, other parts in painted steel (optional stainless steel filter housing)
- Dust-tight construction ensures no release of combustible dust to the environment
Technical note
The Delfin DG VL 125 EX1/3D is one of the most powerful models in the series, developed for central vacuum systems or multi-operator use. Its Zone 20 internal approval allows safe collection of combustible dust directly into the filter and tank, while the Zone 22 external rating permits installation in hazardous areas. All conductive parts are grounded to maintain a total resistance below 10⁶ Ω. Only antistatic or conductive accessories should be used to ensure ATEX compliance.
