The Delfin DG VL 185 EX1/3D is the most powerful model in the DG VL series, designed for the safe collection of combustible dust in ATEX Zone 22 areas, with internal classification as Zone 20. Fully EN 17348-compliant, it is equipped with three side channel blowers, a large filter surface and an automatic cleaning system for continuous operation in demanding industrial environments. The collection tank is made of AISI 304 stainless steel as standard, while the filter housing can be supplied in stainless steel upon request. All other components are made of durable painted steel for easy maintenance and long-term reliability.

Technical construction
The DG VL 185 EX1/3D is built for continuous industrial use. It features three high-efficiency side channel blowers delivering strong vacuum (2,600 mm H₂O) and an airflow of 1,350 m³/h. The large antistatic primary filter has a surface area of 103,500 cm² and is automatically cleaned by the SELF CLEAN system. The HEPA H14 final filter ensures 99.995 % efficiency tested by the MPPS method. All electrical components are IP 65 protected for safe and reliable operation.
