The Delfin DG70 EXP 1/2D is a robust three-phase industrial vacuum cleaner designed for continuous operation in Zone 21 and Zone 20 areas. It safely handles combustible and conductive dust thanks to its AISI 304 stainless steel collection tank supplied as standard. The unit is also available in XX (tank and filter chamber in stainless steel) and XXX (fully stainless steel construction including frame and cover) versions.

Technical construction
The DG70 EXP 1/2D features a more powerful side channel blower than the DG30 model, providing up to 2000 mm H₂O vacuum and 560 m³/h airflow. The antistatic polyester filter (30,000 cm²) is manually cleaned and supported by a large HEPA H14 final filter with 52,000 cm² surface area, tested according to EN 1822 (99.995% MPPS). Its 100 L tank and heavy-duty frame make it ideal for demanding industrial applications requiring long operating cycles or multiple suction points.

Technical note
The DG70 EXP 1/2D is designed for industries such as pharmaceutical, biotech, food processing and chemical production, where large quantities of combustible or conductive dust are present. The increased airflow makes it suitable for centralized vacuum systems and extended hose lengths. To maintain ATEX compliance, use antistatic D50 accessory kit TA.0201.0000 or TA.0200.0000 (stainless steel version for DG70) and regularly check grounding resistance below 10⁶ Ω.
