The Delfin DM 2 EL BP 1/3D is a compact and mobile ATEX-certified industrial vacuum cleaner designed for the safe collection of combustible and explosive dust. It is certified Zone 20 internally and Zone 22 externally in accordance with EN 17348:2022 and tested by a Notified Body. The unit features a stainless steel AISI 304 container, antistatic class M filter, and a HEPA H14 final filter with 99.995 % efficiency.

Technical construction

The DM 2 EL BP 1/3D is powered by two independent bypass motors providing a total airflow of 360 m³/h and a maximum vacuum of 2,500 mm H₂O. The main antistatic polyester filter (M-class) offers 30,000 cm² of surface area and is cleaned manually by a mechanical shaking system. The HEPA H14 final filter (26,000 cm²) ensures 99.995 % efficiency, tested according to EN 1822 (MPPS method). All air-handling components are made from AISI 304 stainless steel and are ESD safe.

The Delfin DM 2 EL BP 1/3D is a Zone 20/22 certified vacuum designed for the safe collection of combustible dust in areas with risk of explosive atmospheres. The construction is dust-tight, antistatic and compliant with EN 17348:2022 and EN IEC 62784. Suitable for use in pharmaceutical, chemical and metal processing industries and wherever flammable powders or dusts are handled. Use only ATEX-tested antistatic hoses and accessories to maintain grounding resistance below 10⁶ Ω.
