ATEX Zone 21 industrial vacuum (internal Zone 20) for combustible dust and solids
The Delfin DM 2 BL 1/2D is a robust and mobile ATEX-certified industrial vacuum cleaner designed for the safe collection of combustible dust in Zone 21 areas. The unit is certified Zone 20 internally and Zone 21 externally in accordance with EN 17348:2022 and tested by a Notified Body. It features a 100 L AISI 304 stainless steel container, antistatic M-class filter and HEPA H14 final filter with 99.995 % efficiency.

Technical construction
The DM 2 BL 1/2D is equipped with two powerful by-pass motors providing a total airflow of 430 m³/h and a maximum vacuum of 2,250 mm H₂O. The large antistatic polyester filter (M-class) offers 30,000 cm² of surface area and is cleaned manually using a mechanical shaking system. The HEPA H14 final filter (26,000 cm²) is tested according to EN 1822 (MPPS method) and ensures 99.995 % efficiency. All air-handling components are made from AISI 304 stainless steel and are ESD safe.

Always use ATEX-tested antistatic hoses and accessories to maintain grounding resistance below 10⁶ Ω.
