Technical design
The MTL 20.18 3D is built as an H-Class vacuum cleaner in compliance with IEC 60335-2-69 Annex AA and provides consistent suction performance in continuous operation. The side-channel blower is dust-tight (Ex dust-tight) and requires minimal maintenance. The filtration system includes a M-Class primary filter (12,000 cm²) and a HEPA H14 final filter (11,000 cm²) ensuring maximum particle retention. All components are antistatic and fully grounded according to EN 17348.

Technical note

It is not ATEX-certified by a Notified Body and must not be used for dust requiring Zone 20 certification internally. As an H-Class model, it is tested according to IEC 60335-2-69 Annex AA and provides maximum protection against hazardous dust. Always use antistatic hoses and grounded accessories to maintain a resistance below 10⁶ Ω.
