Depureco DF075 (0.75 kW)
Dust collector for airborne dust in industrial environments
Depureco DF075 is a mobile dust collector designed for the extraction of airborne and suspended dust in industrial production environments where no ATEX-classified zones are present. The unit is built as a filter-based extraction system with an electric fan and is intended for process extraction and point-of-source extraction directly at the dust emission point.
The dust collector is designed for continuous operation and is used for controlled extraction of dust from machines, workstations and open process points, helping to reduce dust dispersion and improve workplace safety and process stability.
Applications
DF075 is used in processes where dust is released into the air during normal operation and where no explosive atmosphere is present. The dust collector can be used as a standalone unit or combined with extraction arms, hoses and fixed connections to process equipment.
- Point-of-source extraction at workstations
- Extraction at open machines and process equipment
- Collection of airborne dust above bins, tables and conveyors
- Process extraction in non-classified industrial environments
Technical design
The DF075 is equipped with an electric fan mounted above the filtration section. Dust-laden air passes through the primary filter, where dust particles are retained and collected in the bin. Manual filter cleaning is used to maintain stable airflow during operation.
As standard, the dust collector is fitted with a polyester M-class star filter. The unit can be configured with a wide range of filters, bins and accessories depending on process requirements and dust characteristics.
Accessories and configuration options
- Extraction arms in multiple lengths and diameters
- HEPA H13 secondary filter (EN 1822-5)
- PTFE filter, M class
- PTFE ANT antistatic filter, M class
- NOMEX high-temperature filter
- Activated carbon filter
- AISI 304 stainless steel collection bin
- Alternative collection bin, e.g. 100 litres
- Silencer kit
Safety and compliance
- CE-marked industrial equipment
- M-class filtration according to EN 60335-2-69
- Suitable for use in non-classified areas
- Not ATEX certified
Technical note
Depureco DF075 must only be used in environments without explosive atmospheres.
If combustible dust or ATEX-classified zones are present, an ATEX-certified dust collector must be used.

FAQ
Is the Depureco DF075 a vacuum cleaner?
No. The DF075 is a dust collector designed for process and point extraction, not for manual cleaning.
Can DF075 be used for combustible dust?
Only in non-classified environments. If an explosive atmosphere may occur, an ATEX-certified model must be used.
Can DF075 be used with an extraction arm?
Yes. The dust collector can be configured with extraction arms in various lengths and diameters.
When is a HEPA filter required?
A HEPA filter is typically required when extracted air is recirculated into the workspace or when dust characteristics demand a higher filtration level.
