Technical design
DF075 DEX 3/3G is built as a mobile filter unit equipped with an ATEX-certified electric fan suitable for use in gas ATEX Zone 2. The unit is designed for continuous extraction of air from processes and work areas where explosive gas atmospheres may occur.
The dust collector can be used for point extraction via extraction arms or connected directly to process equipment using conductive hoses. Air is transported through the filter unit, where collected material is retained in the filter media and collected in the bin.
As standard, the unit is equipped with an antistatic polyester star filter in filter class M with manual filter cleaning. The filtration system is designed for industrial process extraction in gas ATEX environments.

To ensure correct function and safe process extraction, Depureco DF075 DEX 3/3G must be configured with accessories suitable for the specific application. The dust collector is supplied as the filter and extraction unit, and accessories are selected depending on the installation.
