Depureco DF075 SP DEX is a mobile ATEX dust collector designed for the extraction of airborne, combustible and ignitable dust in industrial environments classified as ATEX Zone 22. The unit is built as a filter-based extraction system with high airflow and is intended for point-of-source and process extraction close to the dust emission point.
The model is equipped with an automatic filter cleaning system (SP – Self Pulsed), where the filter cartridges are cleaned using compressed air through a reverse jet-cleaning system. This design ensures stable performance and consistent airflow when handling fine and lightweight dust.
Applications

Technical construction
The dust collector is equipped with an electric fan suitable for operation in ATEX Zone 22, providing the required airflow for efficient airborne dust extraction. The filtration unit consists of three antistatic M-class filter cartridges with a large total filter surface area.
Filter cleaning is performed automatically via a reverse jet-cleaning system using compressed air, removing dust deposits from the cartridges and discharging them into the stainless steel collection container. The system requires an external compressed air supply.
