Triangular FDA-approved nozzle for food and pharmaceutical production

GRAVITY FOOD is a hygienic triangular brush nozzle designed for scrubbing and vacuuming medium-sized debris on workbenches, tanks and process equipment in food and pharmaceutical environments. Its triangular shape ensures effective edge and corner cleaning, where conventional round nozzles cannot reach.

Materials and temperature resistance

The nozzle is made of grey FDA-approved rubber (RUBBER FDA) and operates within a temperature range of –20 °C to +100 °C. The material is durable, flexible and resistant to cleaning agents, making it ideal for frequent wash-down and hygienic maintenance.

Hygienic, colour-coded design

Brushes are available in five colours – light blue, white, red, yellow and green – allowing clear colour coding between zones and products. The triangular brush head measures approximately 160 × 160 × 160 mm, ensuring efficient cleaning of both flat surfaces and corners.

Compatibility

GRAVITY FOOD fits handles with an internal diameter of Ø 38 mm, Ø 40 mm, Ø 44 mm or Ø 50 mm and can be used with standard industrial vacuum hose systems. The nozzle is non-antistatic and should be used only in non-ATEX environments.
