Square FDA-approved colour-coded nozzle for food and pharmaceutical production

JUPITER FDA COLOUR is a colour-coded square brush nozzle designed for efficient cleaning and vacuuming of medium-sized debris in food and pharmaceutical environments. The colour versions make it easy to separate equipment between zones, lines or processes to maintain hygiene and traceability.

Materials and temperature resistance

Made of rubber (FDA version available on request) and suitable for operation between –20 °C and +100 °C. The durable construction resists moisture and cleaning agents, retaining shape and flexibility even under frequent use.

Hygienic, colour-coded design

Available in blue, red, green, white and yellow for clear hygiene zoning. Brushes are made with PTBT or nylon fibres, and the square head measures approximately 160 × 90 mm – ideal for cleaning flat or vertical surfaces.

Compatibility

JUPITER FDA COLOUR fits handles with internal diameters of Ø38 mm, Ø40 mm, Ø44 mm or Ø50 mm and can be used with standard industrial vacuum hose systems. The nozzle is non-antistatic and should be used only in non-ATEX environments.
