Antistatic nozzle for ATEX zones and explosive environments

MATRIX ATEX BLACK is an oval brush nozzle designed for surface cleaning and dust collection in ATEX-classified areas. Its wide brush head efficiently removes metallic chips, grain, coal, sugar and other conductive or combustible dusts in hazardous locations.

Material and temperature range

Made of black oil-resistant rubber, the nozzle operates between –20 °C and +110 °C. Its antistatic construction prevents electrostatic charge build-up, making it suitable for ATEX Zone 21 / 22 applications. Brushes are available in polyester, natural hair or brass combinations for enhanced durability.

Design and shape

The oval head (220 × 25 mm) covers a large area for effective cleaning of flat surfaces, tanks, tables and workshops. Its low profile allows cleaning under machines and installations where dust tends to accumulate.

Compatibility

Fits handles with internal diameters of Ø38 mm, Ø40 mm or Ø50 mm and is compatible with standard industrial vacuum hose systems. Supplied in black; ATEX-compliant (antistatic, non-FDA).
