Bridge clamp with integrated grounding wire – for externally corrugated hoses
The NORRES CLAMP 212 EC is a specialized bridge clamp equipped with an integrated grounding wire for secure and nearly leak-proof fastening of externally corrugated spiral hoses such as AIRDUC®, PROTAPE®, and CP series. The built-in grounding strip enables reliable potential equalization without exposing the spiral or damaging the hose. Its bridge geometry provides even clamping pressure and a tight fit, even under high mechanical stress.
Properties and construction

Applications
Used for conductive installation of externally corrugated hoses in ATEX zones, ventilation, and conveying systems where reliable grounding is required. Particularly suitable for antistatic and electrically conductive hoses from the AIRDUC®, PROTAPE®, and CP ranges.
Technical note
In ATEX installations, proper potential equalization requires continuous metal-to-metal contact between the machine, coupling, and hose. The CLAMP 212 EC combines mechanical fastening with electrical conductivity through its integrated grounding wire, simplifying safe installation. Always select the clamp size according to the actual outer diameter of the hose.
