Tri-Clamp coupling for hygienic hoses – quick, safe and reusable
The NORRES CONNECT 245 is a Tri-Clamp coupling designed for food-grade and pharmaceutical hoses from the AIRDUC®, PROTAPE® and PUR-INOX series. It provides a hygienic, tight and easy-to-disassemble connection where cleanability and material safety are essential. Available both as a threaded and as a pre-fitted version, it fits directly to adapters according to DIN 32676 (Tri-Clamp standard).
Applications
CONNECT 245 is used in process, food and pharmaceutical industries for hygienic hose connections in conveying, dosing and vacuum systems handling powders, granules, liquids and gases in GMP and HACCP environments.

Technical note
Tri-Clamp systems are used wherever hygienic design, rapid cleaning and reliable sealing are required. The design is common in food and pharmaceutical processes with CIP/SIP cleaning (Cleaning in Place / Sterilization in Place). For ATEX installations, use antistatic hoses and conductive components to ensure proper equipotential bonding.
