NORRES EVA 373 AS
Antistatic EVA hose for industrial vacuum cleaners and cleaning systems
NORRES EVA 373 AS is a lightweight, highly flexible and crush-resistant hose made of EVA (ethylene-vinyl-acetate) with a permanently antistatic wall <10¹¹ Ω. It is designed for use with industrial vacuum cleaners, scrubbers, and cleaning machines handling dust, powder, or fibres – also suitable for explosive atmospheres (ATEX Zone 22 inside).
Applications
Used for conveying and extraction of air, dust, powder and fibres in industrial vacuum systems, cleaning machines, floor scrubbers, swimming pool cleaners and general suction systems. Suitable for Zone 22 (dust inside) and for non-flammable liquids in Zone 0/1/2 (gases) according to ATEX.
Properties and approvals
- Lightweight and extremely flexible construction with self-supporting profile.
- Permanently antistatic wall: surface resistance <10¹¹ Ω according to ISO 8031.
- Complies with ATEX 2014/34/EU and German TRGS 727 for combustible dust extraction (Zone 22 inside).
- Good resistance to acids and alkalis.
- Floatable – suitable for wet cleaning and pool systems.
- Temperature range: −25 °C to +65 °C.
- Conforms to RoHS and REACH directives.
Design
1 = EVA profile with open, self-supporting geometry
2 = Antistatic EVA wall (black, standard)
