NORRES NORPLAST® PUR 387 ANTIABRASIVO AS
Antistatic, extremely wear-resistant PVC/PUR hose with copper wire – for transport of sand, gravel and cement
NORRES NORPLAST® PUR 387 ANTIABRASIVO AS is a robust and highly abrasion-resistant suction and transport hose with a thick polyurethane inner lining (2 mm) and an outer PVC spiral with integrated copper wire for antistatic discharge. The hose is designed for conveying gravel, sand, cement, grain, mud and other abrasive materials, as well as for use in roof-graveling systems and industrial cleaning applications where durability and antistatic protection are essential.
Applications
Suitable for conveying gravel, sand, cement, grain, mud and other abrasive bulk materials. Commonly used in the construction and roofing industries for transporting gravel to flat roofs and in industrial cleaning systems requiring high suction power.
Properties
- Extremely thick, smooth inner wall made of wear-resistant polyurethane (2 mm).
- Outer PVC spiral with embedded copper wire for grounding and antistatic discharge.
- Flexible, robust and shape-stable design ensuring long service life.
- Temperature range: −15 °C to +60 °C.
- Vacuum up to 0.8 bar and operating pressure up to 6.5 bar (depending on diameter).
- Slightly corrugated exterior with smooth interior for optimal material flow.
Design
1 = Inner wall: polyurethane (PUR) 2 mm
2 = Outer wall: flexible PVC
3 = Reinforcement: rigid PVC spiral with embedded copper wire (antistatic)
4 = Colour: red interior, green exterior
