Lightweight antistatic PUR hose for dust, granulates and blasting applications
NORRES NORPLAST® PUR-C 385 AIRFLEX AS is a lightweight, flexible and antistatic suction and discharge hose made of premium ester-polyurethane (Pre-PUR®) with an embedded grounding wire. The hose is designed for the conveying and extraction of abrasive powders, granulates, sand and dust – also suitable for use in potentially explosive areas (Zone 22). Ideal for the construction and surface-treatment industries, insulation blowing systems, blasting recovery units and floor preparation machines.
Applications
For transport and suction of abrasive powders and granulates, dust collection in blasting chambers and shipyards, and for use on insulation and grinding machines where high flexibility and low weight are required.

- Permanently antistatic wall according to ISO 8031 (<10⁹ Ω).
- Integrated grounding wire for the discharge of electrostatic charges.
- Excellent abrasion resistance, microbe resistance and chemical resistance.
- Lightweight construction with smooth inner surface and rigid PVC spiral.
- Complies with RoHS and REACH regulations; phthalate-free.
- Temperature range: −20 °C to +70 °C (short-term up to +80 °C).
