NORRES PROTAPE® PUR 301 AS (XLD)
Antistatic, super-light PUR hose for dust, gases and chemical vapours
NORRES PROTAPE® PUR 301 AS (XLD) is an antistatic, microbe-resistant and flame-retardant polyurethane hose designed for the extraction and transport of gases, dust, fibres and powders in industrial environments with explosion risk (zone 22). Extremely light, highly flexible and compressible (3:1), it is ideal for mobile extraction arms, filter units, chemical process ventilation and cleanroom systems.
Performance and applications
The hose is used for the extraction of oil and chemical vapours, spray mist, dust and fine particles in ATEX zones. Suitable for chemical plants, vehicle and marine ventilation, agricultural ventilation systems, and cleanroom or semiconductor production equipment. It offers high resistance to oil, fuel and chemicals, is microbe-resistant and remains flexible down to −40 °C. The wall is made of antistatic Pre-PUR® with electrical resistance < 10⁹ Ω according to ISO 8031 and TRGS 727.
Certifications and construction
PROTAPE® PUR 301 AS (XLD) is a tape hose with built-in spring steel wire (1), an antistatic PUR wall (2) and a premium ester-polyurethane outer layer (3).
Complies with ATEX 2014/34/EU, TRGS 727, RoHS and REACH. Flame-retardant according to UL94-HB and DIN 4102-B1. Temperature range −40 °C to +90 °C (short-term +125 °C).
