Antistatic, food-grade PUR hose for vibrating and screening machines
NORRES PROTAPE® PUR-C 335 FOOD-AS FLAT is an electrically conductive, highly flexible compensator and screening hose made from food-grade polyurethane (Pre-PUR®). It is specifically designed for vibration-intensive applications that require flexibility, purity and durability – such as mixers, sifters, dryers, mills and packaging lines.
Performance and applications
The hose is used in the food and pharmaceutical industries for conveying dry bulk materials such as rice, grain, sugar, flour, coffee, tea and milk powder. It withstands constant motion, vibration and repeated bending without deformation.
Its smooth inner and outer walls ensure excellent flow and easy cleaning.
The antistatic wall (<10⁹ Ω acc. to ISO 8031) complies with ATEX 2014/34/EU and TRGS 727 for zone 22 (dust inside) and zones 1/2 (gases and vapours).
Temperature range: −40 °C to +90 °C (short-term up to +125 °C).
Certifications and construction
PROTAPE® PUR-C 335 FOOD-AS FLAT is a patented tape hose with built-in grounding wire (1), inner and outer smooth wall (2+3) made of antistatic ether-based PUR, and an external stabilising layer (4) for vibration resistance.
Wall thickness approx. 1.0 mm.
Complies with EU 10/2011, EC 1935/2004, EU 2015/174, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and GMP EC 2023/2006.
Microbe and hydrolysis resistant, odourless, tasteless and resistant to oils and chemicals.

Overpressure and underpressure are recommended threshold operating values. The bending radius is measured through the inside of the hose arch. Subject to technical modifications. All values determined at 20 °C and approximate.
