Tiger-Vac C-10 EX (4W) STAINLESS STEEL ULPA BLSD

ATEX-certified cleanroom vacuum cleaner with brushless motor and dual ULPA filtration

The Tiger-Vac C-10 EX (4W) STAINLESS STEEL ULPA BLSD is an advanced, ESD-safe and third-party ATEX certified industrial vacuum cleaner designed for the recovery of combustible, toxic and fine dust in environments with strict cleanliness and safety requirements. This BLSD version is equipped with a brushless motor, providing higher airflow, longer service life, reduced heat generation and zero carbon dust—an essential advantage in cleanrooms, pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotech environments and food processing. The internal classification of Zone 20 (Da) and external classification of Zone 22 (Dc) allow safe and compliant direct collection of combustible dust.

  • Third-party ATEX certification: II 1/3D – LCIE 15 ATEX 3061.
  • Internal Zone 20 (Da) / External Zone 22 (Dc).
  • 5-stage filtration system with dual ULPA U15 filters (working air + cooling/exhaust air), safety filter and main filter.
  • Brushless BLSD motor: no carbon dust, lower heat, longer lifespan.
  • Autoclavable electropolished AISI 316 stainless steel recovery tank (19 L).
  • ESD-safe accessories and conductive recovery bags included.
  • Integrated filter blockage indicator light.

Why the BLSD brushless motor makes a difference

The brushless motor eliminates mechanical wear and carbon dust, significantly reducing contamination risk and heat buildup. This makes the BLSD version especially suitable for cleanrooms, GMP environments, API production, laboratories and food manufacturing. The increased airflow (216 m³/h) provides improved recovery of fine powders and higher-volume process dusts.

Zone classification – why 1/3D is highly valued

Internal Zone 20 (Da) certification means the entire air path—filter chamber, primary filter, ULPA filter and tank—is approved for direct handling of combustible dust. External Zone 22 (Dc) allows operation in areas with occasional presence of explosive dust. Together, the 1/3D configuration makes this vacuum one of the safest solutions for pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory and food production environments.

Ideal for cleanrooms, pharma, biotech, laboratories and food processing

The electropolished AISI 316 tank, brushless motor, ESD-safe design and dual ULPA U15 filtration make the BLSD version suitable for ISO 4–7 cleanrooms, GMP zones, high-purity production areas and environments involving sensitive or reactive powders. Combined ATEX 1/3D certification and ULPA filtration on both suction air and exhaust/cooling air ensure maximum product and operator protection.
