ATEX Zone 20/22 vacuum cleaner for daily cleaning on shooting ranges

The Tiger-Vac C-35L EX DT (MFS) is a high-performance IECEx and ATEX-certified industrial vacuum cleaner designed for the safe collection of combustible dust, lead and gunpowder residues. Certified by a Notified Body (LCIE 15 ATEX 3061 / EN 17348), it is used in our solution for daily cleaning of shooting ranges, where both explosion and health risks must be eliminated.

Technical construction

The vacuum features a detachable tank system with conductive recovery liner for safe disposal of lead-contaminated dust. The antistatic Teflon-laminated M-class filter is cleaned manually via the MFS system, while four individually tested HEPA H14 filters provide exceptional filtration efficiency and operator protection. All surfaces are ESD dissipative, and the motor housing is IP6X dust-tight with Ex tb protection.

Technical note

The Tiger-Vac C-35L EX DT (MFS) is the model used for actual cleaning in our ATEX solution Daily cleaning on shooting ranges – without sparks or lead dust. It meets the requirements for internal Zone 20 and is equipped with H14 filtration to remove toxic lead particles. The manual filter shaker and detachable tank ensure safe maintenance and easy waste handling.
