The Tiger-Vac CD-230V EX CFB HEPA is an IECEx and ATEX 3rd party certified industrial vacuum cleaner designed for the safe recovery of combustible, explosive, and conductive dust in Zones 1, 2, 21, and 22. With an internal Zone 20 rating (Da) and external Zone 1/21 (Gb/Db), the system is approved for the safe collection of both combustible and conductive dust, including metal powders and low-resistivity materials. The static dissipative Conductive Filter Bag (CFB) system combined with H14 HEPA final filtration ensures maximum process and operator safety in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and metal processing environments.

Technical construction
The CD-230V EX CFB HEPA is built in stainless steel (AISI 304) and mounted on a heavy-duty carriage base with an IP65-rated motor enclosure. The static dissipative CFB filter system ensures very low electrical resistance (<10 ohms) and controlled discharge of electrostatic energy. A steel-framed H14 HEPA filter (99.995% efficiency) acts as the final filtration stage. The system is delivered with an ESD-safe crushproof hose, conductive tool kit, and multimeter for resistance verification.

Technical note
This model is one of the few compact industrial vacuum systems on the market with full ATEX and IECEx 3rd party certification for gas and dust hazards (Zones 1/21 + 2/22) combined with internal Zone 20 approval. The Conductive Filter Bag (CFB) system and the H14 HEPA filter make it suitable for conductive dusts such as metal powders (aluminium, titanium, magnesium), as well as fine combustible dust in pharmaceutical, food, and chemical production. When used with proper grounding and static dissipative accessories (including the supplied multimeter), the system ensures compliance with EN 17348, EN 60079 series, and IECEx LCI 10.0040X.
